I feel like Fall came without much warning. It was 75 degrees one day and then 55 degrees the next. Fall is such a romantic season. I can’t wait for the leaves to change color. Central Park will be so pretty.
But Fall also tends to bring loneliness. To combat this, I suggest the following:
12 Hugs (per day).
Virginia Satir, family therapist, through research has concluded:
How many hugs did you receive today? When’s the last time you got 12 hugs in a day?
Better yet, when’s the last time you gave 12 hugs?
The thought of hugging 12 times might seem a bit daunting for some people. But when in doubt, just stretch out your hands, close your eyes and give the other person a tight squeeze.

does it have to be from 12 different people?? I don't that many people and even less who would hug me..
bomee. that pic of the bears hugging is sooo you :D
I'll hug you.. wait.. we hugged last night!
lol Timmy.
good question.
It's ok to get from 1 person I think... hm.... Since you only need 4 hugs for "survival," I guess if you got 3 hugs from 4 different people then it would be 12. : )
Now the question is can you find 4 people??
There's Chant, Andrew, Sera, Debs, Dave, Grace, Gari ... wow that's seven already! lol
I don't think we are close enough to hug just yet... we'll see in year 2009. jk. LOL
